So we learned in one of the videos this week that losing a file is a common occurrence before one learns about how to organize their files. We can picture folder management on our computers as the same concept of a literal physical filing cabinet. You have the filing cabinet itself (computer), then the hanging folders (major folder such as documents, pictures, videos, etc) and then the sub folders inside those hanging folders for our classes as an example.
